How to Save Instagram Videos to Your Camera Roll on iPhone

You found a public Instagram video you want offline — a recipe clip, a travel moment, your own post before you archive it — and you want it in Photos, not buried in a browser tab. On iPhone, that usually means a short Safari → Files → Photos path. No Instagram login, no third-party app, and no extra permissions beyond what iOS already gives your browser.
